What most teams ask before their first order.

Do I need a different tag for every industry?
Not always — the physical tag depends on what it's mounted to and what it has to survive (heat, wash cycles, metal, moisture), not strictly on which industry you're in. A hospital and a hotel laundry can use the same wash-rated tag; a warehouse pallet and a factory fixture usually can't.
Can one reader system support more than one industry's tags at once?
Yes, as long as the tags share a frequency band. A single UHF fixed reader can read laundry tags, on-metal tags, and case labels in the same read zone — the middleware is what keeps each read sorted into the right inventory.
What if my application doesn't match any industry listed here?
Most of what we ship starts as a variant of an existing tag rather than a clean-sheet design. Tell us the material, the environment, and the read range you need, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a catalog fit or a custom build.
How long does it take to go from inquiry to a working pilot?
A sample kit typically ships within a few business days of a spec'd request. A small pilot — tags, a reader, and basic middleware — usually runs 2–4 weeks depending on integration with your existing inventory system.
Do you support businesses outside Pakistan?
Yes — we ship internationally and support remote deployments with documentation and a named engineer on the account, the same as we would locally.
